Your body's optimal health is essential to good living. If you have made the decision to change yourself in some way, then you have set yourself a future goal - whether that goal is to improve physical fitness, lose weight, improve stamina, increase strength, or build muscle.

Personal Training is about dealing with each client as an individual with individual needs.

All our staff are trained to assess your needs and capabilities. They can help you set achievable goals that are meaningful and relevant to you. If you have family and lifestyle issues, these are part of the planning process. Our Trainers understand that one 'programme' does NOT suit everybody.

Trainers will instruct you in the proper use and application of the equipment. You need never again feel unsure (or foolish) about what you are doing. Furthermore, they will offer you a variety of exercise types: cardio, weights, boxing, cycling, etc.


 You can work one-on-one with a trainer or in groups of up to four. Sessions are normally either 30 minutes or a full hour in duration.
