7 Reasons to Train at The Arena1.There are no memberships, no joining fee and no contracts. You pay as you go! 2.We are not a gym. Clients here are being looked after by one of our hand-picked, experienced, friendly trainers. There are many to choose from and we match you up with one that will suit your personality and goals. 3. There are no fashion police here. Wear what you want. It is a relaxed, non-pretentious studio. We just want you to train well, we don't care how you look! 4.We are a local, family owned business. We support the local community, schools and sporting groups. 5.We know not everyone can afford personal training 3 times per week so we also offer group training. From fixed cycling to boxing to women’s fitness and more, we can find a group for you 6.Are you sick of the everyday training? We offer a variety of outdoor adventure activities. You can hike, cave, abseil, or join one of our camps. 7.Elie-Ops Bootcamp Running three mornings and two afternoons a week. If you need a kickstart, want to take your training to the next level, or if just love outdoor training, Bootcamp is ideal. It is suitable for anyone from couch potatoes to elite athletes.
