 Group Training 

The Arena offers a comprehensive range of group activities to complement your training. Activities in group are great to achieve your fitness goals in a friendly and fun way. We offer regular classes at the Gymnasium, as well as more specialised groups at your time and convenience.

BOXING

Choose a private lesson or get a group together for a fun and effective workout. Qualified trainers will take you through an active session designed for maximum fitness.

ELITE-OPS BOOTCAMP

Elite-Ops Bootcamp is not group just fitness - it is a high intensity, outdoor, group personal training program that has been  designed to challenge all fitness levels from couch potatoes to elite athletes.   Running at both Dusk and Dawn it offers you options in fitness and location.

STUDIO CYCLING

This is a structured aerobics bike class for 50 minutes. The Arena has 12 studio cycles and the class involves changing pedalling resistance to give you a great cardio workout.

JIU JITSU

The very effective Brazilian ('Gracie') Jiu Jitsu is now famous and acclaimed, and is taught at The Arena by Gold Award winner Daniel Ward.

TRAINER'S OWN GROUPS

 Many of Arena's trainers run casual groups consisting of a mixture of body weight, cardio and boxing exercises to complement your individual training. These groups are usually mixed fitness levels, indoors and outdoors and for both sexes. A timetable is available here. Refer to the individual trainer for further details and costs.
