CORPORATE SELF DEFENCE



The term `self defence course’ conjures up images of students learning to kick, punch and flip their assailant with perfect technique.  This only constitutes part of what is required for you to truly be able to defend yourself.  Our aim is to teach you:
  1. To recognise danger signals that may indicate an impending attack
  2. To understand your body’s reaction to a perceived or real threat
  3. To understand the psychology of an attacker and their reactions
  4. To know your environment and prepare strategies in advance
  5. To consider all possible threatening situations, consider your reaction, then practice your response
  6. To believe in yourself and never give up
You will learn basic stances, strikes, ground defences, legalities of self defence, and more.
Our instructors are ex Special Forces and well-versed in unarmed combat, jiu jitsu, and other martial arts. 

We can organise a course to suit you.  For example:
  • A six week beginners course of six one hour sessions
  • A one or two day beginners seminar and workshop
  • Self defence for women
