Want
to take team
building to the
extreme? Throw your team right into it with an abseiling
experience. There’s nothing like sheer adrenalin to
bring
out the best in people. Your team will learn to tie knots,
and to
set up anchor systems, belay lines and abseil lines. You will learn
vital
roping commands and abseiling skills. You will achieve
a
high level of confidence as individuals, and immense trust in each
other. A successful team will listen and communicate well,
have a
strong work ethic, and will encourage one another.
Participants
will be briefed on safety, equipment,
vital communication skills, how
to abseil correctly, and how to belay. We provide transport, meals,
equipment, and instruction.

You Yangs
Situated
only 62km from Melbourne CBD, the You Yangs offer a very basic
introduction to abseiling. The largest descent is
20m. It
is a lovely site with BBQ facilities and many walking tracks. Choose
from a half day or full day. We can provide a BBQ or gourmet
lunch.
Werribee
Gorge
Situated only
80km
from Melbourne CBD,
Werribee Gorge offers both beginners and advanced abseiling. The
largest descent is 55m. There is a 30-minute walk in to the
site.

Grampians
Situated
about 4 hours from Melbourne, The Grampians offer some of the largest
and most spectacular cliffs in Australia. Descents range from
30m
to 100m. An overnight stay is recommended to get the most out
of
the trip. The best way to experience The Grampians is by
camping
close to the abseil site. Enjoy two days of sheer
exhilaration
and magnificent views.
